Le Moulin (Millhouse)
Le Moulin has just been tastefully refurbished throughout to a very high standard
incorporating many original features. The property has central heating and therefore offers year round comfort in the
following accommodation-
Ground floor- Large open plan sitting/dining area featuring
granite stone wall one end fitted with woodburning stove, complimentary basket of logs provided, additional logs available.
Viewing window of the stream which when opened brings the sound of the stream into the property. A three and a
two seater settee plus an arm chair offer comfy seating for 6 people. TV with video/dvd player, radio/cd player. Old
french dining table easily accommodates eight people.

At the other end of the ground floor is the kitchen area with a range
cooker fitted in what was the old fireplace, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. Cloakroom off with
fitted shower, w/c and hand basin. Spiral staircase leads to first floor.

First floor accommodation
Stairs open onto first floor landing area which sleeps up to 3
people in single beds with built in wardrobe, large pine chest of drawers, bedside tables etc. Velux window with views to
the west. Door off landing area leads to master bedroom with en-suite facilities, kingsize double bed, chest of
drawers etc. This room incorporates a wash basin, shower and a seperate toilet in room off. Windows to the
north and east with velux window offering views to the west.

Millers Cottage
Large open plan living / dining area with wooden flooring and stone walls
giving the area bundles of traditional character with a feature granite fireplace one end with woodburning stove fitted,
complementary basket of logs supplied additional logs available.
There are 3 comfy sofas, tv / video, dvd player, radio/cd player and games.

The kitchen is situated one end fitted with oak units and comprises of double
electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher etc.
Dining area with large table room for eight people.
1st floor accommodation
Upstairs has wooden flooring with exposed beams. A single frenhch bed is
on the landing area which also has french windows lead onto a 'Juliete' style balcony with views to the west.
Two bedrooms lead off the landing and also a bathroom with shower, washbasin, wc and bidet.
