the stream into the property. A three and a two seater settee plus an arm chair offer comfy seating for 6 people.
Satelite TV, wifi broadband, video/dvd player, radio/cd player. Old french dining table easily accommodates eight
people.

At the other end of the ground floor is the kitchen area with a range
cooker fitted in what was the old fireplace, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. Cloakroom off with
fitted shower, w/c and hand basin. Spiral staircase leads to first floor.

First floor accommodation
Stairs open onto first floor landing area which sleeps up to 3 people in single
beds with built in wardrobe, large pine chest of drawers, bedside tables etc.
Velux window with views to the west. Door
off landing area leads to master bedroom with en-suite facilities, kingsize double bed, chest of drawers etc.
This
room incorporates a wash basin, shower and a seperate toilet in room off.
