Notes on prices
A discount down to the next lowest price band will apply when both properties are booked as one booking.
Prices are for the property including fuel/electricity etc. for one week, additional weeks can be booked at a discounted
rate.
Shorter breaks may be booked subject to availability from September to March.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday, the property must be vacated by 10.00 am prompt, and is available
from 4.00 pm that day.
Non peak season changeover day may be flexible depending on availability, please e-mail your requirements and we will
do our best to accommodate you.

Cleaning / towels / linen
The property is thoroughly cleaned between lets, we do however, ask that you leave the property as you found it,
or a cleaning charge will be levied.
Towels and bed linen are not provided but can be if required for an additional charge of 20 euro per week per property.
